Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trainee Payroll Consultant to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• System and Module Implementation : Assist in the setup, configuration, and implementation of Sage payroll systems for various clients.
• Client Support : Provide support and troubleshooting for client payroll issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Communication : Effectively communicate with clients, understanding their needs and providing clear guidance on payroll processes and system usage.
• Data Management : Handle payroll data with a high degree of accuracy, including calculations, data entry, and reporting.
• Problem Solving : Address and resolve payroll-related issues, identifying solutions to meet client requirements.
• Training and Development : Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of payroll systems and stay updated with industry trends and legislative changes.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed records of client interactions, system configurations, and support provided.

Qualifications

Experience

Prior experience in payroll, finance, customer service, or related fields is advantageous but not required.

Familiarity with Sage payroll systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
