Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant with a strong background in South African Payroll. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementations, with specific expertise in South African Payroll. This role involves delivering a payroll solution with a focus on payroll compliance in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Success Factors EC Payroll
• Provide expert guidance on South African Payroll, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Work closely with client to gather business requirements, design solutions, and configure SAP SuccessFactors to meet specific business needs.
• Oversee the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other HR and financial systems, ensuring smooth data flow and accuracy, particularly related to payroll and benefits.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide post-implementation support to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams, ensuring they are equipped to manage and operate the system independently.
• Collaborate with other SAP consultants, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
