Job descriptionDevelop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans to support retail, e‑commerce, and wholesale objectives Oversee all channels including digital, social media, PR, in‑store, email, print, and influencer campaigns Align marketing efforts with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional calendars Lead digital growth strategies, including performance marketing, SEO, SEM, paid media, and content marketing Collaborate with the e‑commerce team to increase online traffic, conversions, and customer retention Analyse digital KPIs and optimise ROI on digital spend Develop and optimise customer loyalty, CRM, and retention strategies Leverage data and insights to personalise communication and deepen customer relationships Oversee market research and consumer insights to guide marketing decisions Build and manage PR strategies, media relationships, and brand partnerships Oversee influencer and brand ambassador collaborations that align with brand values and objectives Represent the brand at media events, trade shows, and public‑facing opportunities Lead and mentor the marketing team across creative, digital, content, and communications functions Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently to deliver measurable resultsWork closely with internal departments (sales, product development, e‑commerce, retail) to ensure marketing alignment across the business Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or related field (Honours / MBA advantageous) Minimum 8–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role Proven track record of building and growing premium or lifestyle brands Strong understanding of integrated marketing (digital, traditional, experiential, retail) Experience in retail and e‑commerce environments is essential Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills Highly creative with a strong eye for visual identity and design‑led storytelling Data‑driven, analytical mindset with experience managing budgets and ROI Passion for design, lifestyle, art, or luxury consumer brands is highly desirable
Purpose of the Role
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that elevates the brand, drives sales, and deepens customer loyalty. This senior leadership role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative direction, commercial acumen, and strong leadership capabilities to lead a high‑performing marketing team and collaborate cross‑functionally across the business.
