Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call center processes and performance.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and call center software.

Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.

Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.

Experience

Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or remote support role preferred but not mandatory.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
