Responsibilities :
- Secure new business within the distribution market for the allocated region.
- Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of leads and convert them into sustainable billing clients.
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure accurate monthly billing, financial reporting and weekly sales analysis to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Assist in tender preparation, proposals and presentations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Communicate effectively across departments and identify cross-silo solutions.
- Maintain client files and update internal CRM systems according to company procedures and Quality Management Systems.
- Ensure debtor days are within company requirements for signed clients.
- Meet the expected client call ratio KPI as indicated by your Manager.
Requirements :
12 years new business sales experience in the transport and logistics industry.Proven ability to achieve and exceed new business sales targets.Experience in prospecting, pipeline management, and tender processes.Experience in selling cross-silo solutions.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Matric.Please note : this is an EE position.
