Effective management of explosives and associated accessories in accordance with relevant legal and safety regulationsCoordinate, supervise and monitor all activities at the magazinesOrder, receive and issue explosives, monitor stock levels against projected needs and verify materials meet the minimum safety and technical standardsTimeous and accurate reconciling of explosives with supporting documents and controls in place in line with legislationComply with legal and safety requirements when transporting explosivesPlan and schedule maintenance and utilization of explosives delivery vehiclesEffective stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth workflows, availability of explosives and achievement of production targetsLiaise with the Inspector of explosives and monitor associated risk assessment processes in collaboration with the site safety officersParticipate in required meetings, including safety meetingsEffective systems and controls in place for the securing of explosives at all timesProduction / Manufacturing jobs
