Strong administration skills

Fluent in Afrikaans

Responsibilities :

• Handle incoming customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional manner.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and issue invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Assist sales representatives with account management, pricing, and follow-ups.
• Conduct follow-up calls to customers regarding quotations, deliveries, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update customer information on internal ERP systems.
• Support the Sales Director and team with reports, data entry, and general administration.
• Ensure excellent communication and customer service at all times.
