Core Purpose

Assist in designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective learning solutions, contributing to high-quality instructional materials that meet learner needs and support organizational goals.

Core Functions

• Content Development : Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and academic faculty to design and develop high-quality learning content aligned with course outcomes and curriculum goals.
• Instructional Design : Use sound instructional design methodologies to create engaging, interactive content with multimedia elements, assessments, and activities catering to diverse learning styles.
• Learning Experience Design : Create learner-centered experiences that promote engagement, critical thinking, and active learning through technology and interactive pedagogies.
• Enhancing Assessment : Integrate modern assessment technologies like interactive quizzes and gamified assessments to evaluate learner knowledge engagingly.
• Quality Assurance : Review and test educational materials for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Analyze LMS data to support decision-making and optimize learning outcomes.
• Professional Development : Keep abreast of trends, technologies, and best practices in instructional design, higher education, and LMS integration to continually enhance content quality.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in educational technology, curriculum development, or related fields. Relevant certifications in instructional design or e-learning are advantageous. Minimum of 3 years' experience in instructional design, with a proven record in higher education content development. Experience with LMS platforms, especially Moodle, is highly preferred.
