Reports to : Director of Customer Facing Operations

We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven leader to spearhead our KZN Strategic Business Unit. This role sits at the crossroads of leadership, sales, and clinical excellence—driving growth across our ophthalmic product portfolio while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead a motivated team, build lasting relationships with surgeons and hospitals, and play a pivotal role in expanding Envision Africa’s presence across the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth : Lead the SBU to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and unlock new opportunities.
• Lead the Team : Inspire, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team with a strong culture of accountability and excellence.
• Strengthen Relationships : Cultivate trusted partnerships with surgeons, hospitals, and key accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
