Fleet & Facilities Manager

Job Overview

The Fleet & Facilities Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and managing all activities related to the acquisition, maintenance, repair, replacement, and disposal of fleet vehicles as well as maintenance and operational readiness of facilities and related assets. This role ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, while managing staff and budgets effectively to support company operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in Fleet Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (e.g., BCom).
• 3 years of experience managing fleet and facilities operations, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
• Knowledge of relevant safety, environmental, and vehicle compliance standards.
• Budget management and procurement experience.
• Proficiency in fleet management information systems and maintenance software.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and respond to emergencies.
