Are you a payroll professional with a keen eye for detail and experience on SAGE 300? Our client in the security industry is looking for a Payroll Administrator to manage their full payroll function with accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.

Position Info

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PAYE, UIF, SDL, tax submissions).
• Capture new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
• Reconcile payroll reports and maintain employee payroll records.
• Prepare and submit EMP201 / EMP501 and other statutory reports.
• Handle payroll queries, ensuring swift and professional resolution.
• Assist with year-end payroll procedures and audits.
