Job Purpose

The Product Support professional provides technical expertise and support for drilling and bolting equipment, ensuring machines are maintained, analyzed, and optimized for operational efficiency. This role involves managing maintenance and repair processes, conducting prototype trials, providing customer technical support, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards. The incumbent also contributes to continuous improvement through fault finding, root cause analysis, and effective communication with internal teams and clients.

Basic Function / Key Responsibilities

• Machine preparedness and analysis.
• Conduct trials of new products and prototypes.
• Manage maintenance, service, and repair processes.
• Provide customer technical support and assist sales.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Facilitate change management processes.
• Ensure clear conveyance of information and communication within the team and with clients.
