Do you thrive on hunting new business, building strong relationships, and delivering technical value? Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Product Specialist (Hunter) to join their team and help expand their footprint in the carbide tooling market.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition : Prospect, engage, conduct product tests and convert high-potential customers.
- Customer Onboarding & Segmentation : Classify and onboard new customers.
- Strategic Selling : Build trust, uncover needs, and deliver consultative solutions.
- Technical Collaboration : Work with Sales Engineers to align solutions with customers’ goals.
- Implementation & Closing : Present product test results, negotiate terms and secure buy-in.
- Account Growth & Transitioning : Monitor performance and ensure smooth handovers to Sales Engineers.
- Reporting & Communication : Maintain detailed records and contribute to team strategy.

Basic Salary + Travel Allowance : R42,000Fuel CardGuaranteed Commission for the first 6 months to allow time for ramp-up and sales growth. (Between R8,000 and R28,000, based on seniority.)
