Role and Responsibilities
Case Work
- Providing counselling and case management for community members, children, residents, individuals, couples and families
- Providing family preservation services
- Conducting hospital and home visits as appropriate
- Holding case conferences / family meetings
- Crisis Management
- Referral for specialized services as required
Group Work
Organizing and conducting groupsConducting needs analysis and developing proposals accordinglyCommunity Work
