Required Experience & Knowledge :

• Strategic Financial Leadership
• In charge of Cash Flow & Working Capital
• Financial Control & Reporting
• Strengthening and expanding finance systems so information flows easily, and teams can make quick, smart decisions.
• Working hand-in-hand with commercial and operations teams to create great experiences for customers
• Ensuing the business stays resilient against the usual risks - power, currency fluctuations, compliance, operational challenges etc
• Getting involved in a range of ad-hoc projects - new facilities, expansions, funding, pricing reviews, M&A assessments.
• Compile, deliver, and present clear, easy-to-read management and Board reports.
