Job descriptionDemonstrating the value of hearing aids to their specific needs Discussing pricing and guiding customers through finance and medical aid options to support a purchase Guide customers patiently through a longer decision-making journey, offering support, encouragement and troubleshooting every step of the way. Overcome any objections that could arise within the customer journey with skill, persistence, and creativity. Provide knowledge on hearing loss and hearing aids. Schedule and confirm appointments with our customers and partner providers (audiologists). You have between 1 - 3 years background in consumer- facing sales (e.g. healthcare sales, financial services, or similar). You have a 3-year tertiary qualification. You find joy in making a sale and exceeding targets. You have a desire to make an impact and make a lasting difference in customers' lives. You have a winning mentality balanced with empathy, care and curiosity. You are comfortable in selling a product people may resist but ultimately need. You have a desire to grow, continuously improve and embrace change. You are resilient under pressure, with the mindset that every objection is an opportunity. You have strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills. You are self-motivated, take ownership, and have a hunger to succeed. You are proficient in English and at least one additional language.
