Job descriptionProcess and reconcile supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies, queries, and payment issues promptly. Maintain accurate and up-to-date creditor records in the accounting system. Prepare and process payments, supplier reconciliations, and expense reimbursements. Assist with month-end closing procedures, including accruals and reconciliations. Prepare and submit statutory and compliance-related reports as required. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and systems.
Requirements :
- Must be available immediately
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (advantageous).
- Proven experience as a Creditors Administrator or in a similar accounts payable role.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
