Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor the sales teams expectations daily, coach and guide them to success.
- Deliver the regional target through the sales team by delivering client value.
- Onboard new clients and hand them over to sales team members.
- Conduct 80% external client visits alone and with sales team members, augmenting deals and building relationships with clients.
- Responsible for HR functions for all sales staff, including recruitment.
- Work with the business development team in marketing to ensure customer depth for each sales person’s dealer base to ensure they hit their targets.
- Ensure all feedback required from the sales team is completed timely and update customer details to marketing.
- Manage pipeline to achieve an 80% success close rate.
- Ensure the company’s value-added services are delivered correctly and implemented through relevant channels.
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews, monthly sales KPI reviews, and monthly dealer base reviews for each sales staff member.
Desired Experience & Qualification
MatricMinimum 3 years sales management experience.Must have experience in the electronic security industry.Must have a track record of managing a sales team of 4+.Ability to deliver the regional target through the sales team by delivering client value.Ability to onboard new clients and hand them over to sales team members.#J-18808-Ljbffr
