A leading manufacturer specialising in custom packaging for the personal care, household, pharmaceutical, and food & beverage sectors is looking for a Junior Engineer to support production processes and technical project execution. Key Duties & Responsibilities :

Develop and optimise production processes.

Analyse technical data and monitor machine performance.

Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.

Manage tools, materials, and inventory for technical operations.

Uphold GMP and food safety protocols while adhering to OHS standards.

Train team members on technical procedures and new systems.

Qualifications & Experience :

Grade 12 and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.

2 - 5 yearsof experience in a manufacturing / engineering environment.

Proficient in reading technical drawings, troubleshooting, and process optimisation.

Skills & Competencies :

Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.

Knowledge of production systems, safety compliance, and quality standards.

Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
