Job Title : Remote Office Administrator
Location : Cape Town South Africa Remote (Supporting a UK-based business)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our UK operations team. This remote role will play a key part in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office functions, accurate reporting, and professional communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Photo and Report Management : Organise and manage photographs for operative groups; prepare and send picture reports to clients, including drafting email communications.
- Inbox Management : Monitor and manage the main reports inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow‑ups.
- Key Handling : Maintain accurate records of key allocation and handling.
- Attendance Records : Provide daily attendance records to the office team and ensure timely reporting.
- Communication : Answer incoming calls professionally, directing queries appropriately.
- Support for Directors and Team Members : Assist with ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required.
- General Administrative Duties : Support the operations team with tasks to maintain efficiency and organisation.
Person Specification / Skills Required
Strong organisational and time‑management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.High attention to detail and accuracy.Professional and friendly telephone manner.Flexible and adaptable to support varying tasks.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Working Hours
Monday – Friday (UK business hours may be required : 8 : 00–17 : 00 or 9 : 00–18 : 00)
Salary
R15,000 – R17,000 per month (DOE)
