As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, building new relationships, and setting the stage for successful sales conversions. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and the ability to present our offerings in a compelling and confident manner. Every potential customer represents an opportunity to drive revenue growth, enhance customer acquisition, and contribute to overall profitability.

Objectives of the Role

Represent the companys products and services with a comprehensive understanding of how they meet client needs.

Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and sourcing new business opportunities.

Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, engaging sales executives for next steps.

Identify and implement best practices to refine the companys lead generation strategy.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Utilize Zoho CRM , cold calling, and email campaigns to generate new sales opportunities.

Identify prospect needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify them as sales opportunities.

Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.

Schedule meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives.

Report to the Sales Director with weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance results.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills

Bachelors degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience .

2-3 years of sales experience , with a proven record of exceeding lead targets.

Strong communication skills via phone, email, and digital platforms.

Creative problem-solving skills and strong analytical thinking.

Ambition and drive to grow within a sales organization.

Proficiency with Zoho CRM or similar CRM software.

Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative with a history of achieving sales quotas.
