Manage and control the overtime tracking sheet and ensure the overtime process is followed
Process and reconcile Turner invoices
Assist with reconciliations of sundry vendor statements to ensure timely payments
Perform month-end WIP transactions on SAP
Analyse production orders and purchase price variances
Manage duty and freight clearing processes monthly
Prepare and post month-end journals
Prepare weekly finance presentations and monthly management reports
Compile monthly operations meeting presentations
Assist with weekly forecast preparation and review with the Finance Manager
Load budgets and activity rates annually
Conduct and verify stock adjustments (fabric, sundries, and DC)
Maintain and manage costing files and load standard costs for materials
Prepare and facilitate regular stock takes
Complete and submit STASTSA templates
Capture daily payroll data (gumsheets)
Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance team as required
Skills & Experience :
3+ years relevant experience in a similar costing or management accounting role
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment - PREFFERED
Strong computer literacy, especially MS Excel (Intermediate)
Excellent numerical skills and analytical thinking
High attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Qualification :
Grade 12 / Matric (required)
National Diploma or Degree in Management Accounting, Auditing, Cost Accounting, or equivalent
