Sales Manager

Location : Cape Town

Responsibilities

• Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meet planned sales goals.
• Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
• Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
• Provide ongoing training of salespeople.
• Develop the sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
• Promote the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Carry out any other reasonable and lawful duties required by the Dealer Principal from time to time.
