Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd-line technical support for Managed Services (MS) contracts, including site visits when required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve power-related issues at telecom tower sites in collaboration with regional power teams.
- Support the solution dimensioning function design and customization of power solutions.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize the operational performance of Power Systems in the field.
- Contribute to the implementation of market strategy and assist in achieving financial targets for the Power business unit.
- Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and sustainability standards.
Qualifications and Experience
National Diploma or BTech in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).Minimum 10 years experience in the telecoms and tower industry, including Power Technical Support.Strong knowledge of Power and Tower systems, with hands-on experience troubleshooting at tower sites.Advanced understanding of Delta Power Systems, Batteries, Inverters, RMS, and related monitoring platforms.Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and technical ticketing systems.Exposure to PV solar, battery safety, and energy efficiency principles is advantageous.Working Environment
