Role
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to own the creative direction and performance strategy across client accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the creative strategy and messaging across multiple paid social accounts — from brief through execution.
- Develop high-converting creative concepts grounded in consumer insight and platform behavior.
- Write (and guide) strong copy and frameworks that influence perception and drive performance.
- Collaborate across design, editing, and media buying to ensure end-to-end creative alignment.
- Mentor and support junior creatives, helping them elevate execution and develop strategic thinking.
- Present creative ideas and directions to clients and internal teams with clarity and conviction.
- Translate performance data and qualitative feedback into actionable creative improvements.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, cultural shifts, and creative formats that move the needle.
What We’re Looking For
Exceptional writing ability, ideally in short-form, digital-first content with a portfolio that shows the same.A strategic and creative mindset — equal parts intuitive and data-informed.Deep understanding of consumer behavior, platform algorithms, and brand storytelling.A track record of developing performance-first creative that drives real business results and a knack for interpreting performance data to inform creative pivots.Confident leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire creative teams.Passion for mentoring and uplifting others — and making the work better together.Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine love for shaping ideas that make people stop and feel something.Must haves
Fluency in written and spoken English is required.A strong portfolio that showcases your thinking, copywriting, and performance creativity across short-form and visual-first content.Comfort with interpreting performance data to inform creative pivots.Experience collaborating across teams and disciplines in a fast-paced environment.Why us
