Job descriptionResponsible for overseeing daily activities on a worksite to ensure the completion of projects in a safe and efficient manner. Supervision of construction workers and skilled personnel to carry out specific tasks. Must be willing to travel. Coordination of daily tasks according to priorities and plans, and making changes when necessary due to weather, inventory, delivery, and personnel. Delegation of individual responsibilities and projects to team members and contractors. Provision of sufficient resources and personnel to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices, and safety requirements. Emphasis on the safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment while providing training. about safety equipment, helmets, and procedures are provided. Development and management of project budgets and quality standards for all sites. Resolving conflicts or miscommunication quickly and amicably. Regular reporting of project status to supervisor.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the construction industry
- Matric (Grade 12)
- A Diploma in Construction Management or a related field will be advantageous
- Must reside in Centurion
- Must be willing to travel as required
