As part of our global expansion, and to lead our regional business development strategy in line with local market expectations and international regulatory standards, we are seeking dedicated Country Managers for South Africa .
About The Role
This is a senior-level, strategic position focused on regional growth through partnerships and affiliate relationships. You’ll represent UTO Capital in your country, building a strong local presence, managing key partner networks, and ensuring full alignment with legal and compliance frameworks.
Note : All activities must follow UTO Capital’s compliance protocols and relevant local financial promotion laws. Prior experience working under regulated broker environments is highly preferred.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute UTO Capital’s affiliate and partner strategy for your country
- Build and manage a network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and local partners
- Ensure all promotions and local campaigns comply with regulatory and brand standards
- Monitor and report on performance metrics including client acquisition, retention, and conversion
- Collaborate with legal, marketing, and operations teams to localise offers and processes
- Represent UTO Capital at regional industry events, webinars, and community forums
- Stay current with regulatory developments in your country that may impact marketing and sales activities
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance in all communications and campaigns
Requirements
Previous experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management within a regulated forex / CFD brokerageIn-depth knowledge of the local online trading and affiliate landscapeUnderstanding of FSCA advertising and financial promotion requirementsStrong network of relevant partners : IBs, influencers, finance content creators, etc.Fluent in English; fluency in regional languages is a plusHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and self-disciplineExperience using CRM, affiliate tracking systems, and performance analytics toolsWhat We Offer
