This is a full time, exempt role.
Position Overview : The Analyst, Middle Market Strategy supports the execution of strategic initiatives that contribute to the financial and operational goals of the business unit. The role focuses on assisting strategy leadership and team members by gathering data, organizing information, and preparing basic analyses that inform decision-making. The Analyst works collaboratively with internal Middle Market teams and cross‑functional partners to support projects, develop foundational business knowledge, and contribute to reporting and research efforts. This is a learning‑focused role requiring attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a strong desire to grow analytical and communication skills.
