Procurement & Stores Controller

Job descriptionHandle procurement (buying) of parts, equipment, and consumables according to operational requirements. Manage receiving and dispatch processes, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and stock control. Oversee inventory management , including monitoring stock levels, issuing materials, and maintaining records. Create and follow up on purchase orders , coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Maintain accurate data and reporting through Eworks and Excel . Work closely with internal teams to support daily operations and maintain smooth workflow.
Requirements :
- Matric or equivalent qualification (further studies in Supply Chain or Logistics advantageous).
- Proven experience in procurement , stores control , or inventory management .
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Eworks and Excel (highly beneficial).
- Excellent administrative, planning, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational ability.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
