General Manager : FP&A and Business Partnering

Responsibilities

• Lead the Management Accounting, Group Fintech Operational Entities External Performance reporting, Business planning & Analysis, Business Partnering functions.
• Create strategic capacity with regards to strategic financial planning, modelling, and reporting.
• Ensure that financial decisions are data‑informed, future‑oriented, and commercially impactful, enabling the Group to respond quickly to market dynamics, optimize capital allocation, and unlock sustainable value creation.
• Act as the catalyst between finance, technology, and business; champion automation, standardization, and advanced analytics to enhance decision‑making speed, accuracy, and strategic foresight.
• Contribute to Fintech’s overall strategic goals, to achieve profitable growth, and to continuously improve operations performance. The role will focus on providing support to Group Fintech functions and the various operating entities within Fintech (including Fincos).
