FURNACE OPERATOR WITH INDUCTION Experience -

Minimum 5 years' experience in a FOUNDRY Environment
MUST have FURNACE INDUCTION experience

DUTIES :

Calculate the required Raw Material charge to Furnace by

utilizing Standard Charge Sheet

Charge Raw Material into the Furnace to achieve Melting

efficiency

Calculate required Alloy addition to Furnace

Weigh & Add all additions to Furnace or Ladle

Take Samples from the Furnace or Ladle to ensure the Molten

Metal is within specifications

Perform the Rebuilding of Furnace Lining & make Repairs

Good Vision & Hearing

Physical Capability to l ift approximately 25kg using Lifting

Techniques

CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD - will be verified
