We’re looking for HubSpot Onboarding Specialists to lead structured implementations across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Ops Hubs—helping clients unlock value fast through setup, training, and CRM alignment.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver structured onboarding for new HubSpot clients across one or more Hubs
- Set up portals, user permissions, custom objects, pipelines, and dashboards
- Guide clients through early CRM and campaign strategy
- Configure forms, workflows, automation, email templates, and integrations
- Conduct training sessions and onboarding calls
- Coordinate with PMs, Designers, and Developers on custom needs (e.g. website upgrades and integrations)
- Track onboarding timelines and deliverables using internal systems
- Support smooth handoff to CRM Specialists or Strategists post-onboarding
- Stay up to date on HubSpot product updates and certifications
Qualifications & Skills
2–4 years in a digital, CRM, or onboarding role (agency or tech environment)Solid experience with HubSpot (especially Sales, Marketing, or Service Hub)Strong client‑facing and project coordination skillsGreat communicator—verbal and writtenOrganised, deadline‑driven, and confident, managing multiple projectsBonus : HubSpot Onboarding Accreditation or similar certificationsBonus : Experience with project management tools like Accelo or ClickUpWhy Join MO Agency?
