Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Lusaka, Zambia. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with hands‑on experience at a marketing agency and a strong foundation in sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving client acquisition, supporting campaign execution, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse sectors.
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align client objectives with deliverables.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and campaign outcomes.
- Represent the agency at industry events, meetings, and networking functions.
Qualifications & Experience
Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Minimum 1–2 years of experience working within a marketing agency environment.Demonstrated success in sales, client engagement, or business development.Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign workflows.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Willingness to relocate to Lusaka, Zambia.Preferred Attributes
