Automotive Financial Manager

Job descriptionDeliver monthly management accounts (P&L by department, Balance Sheet, cash flow, KPIs, variance analysis) within T+7. Maintain full Trial Balance integrity, ensuring all subledgers are reconciled (Debtors, Creditors, VSB, Parts, WIP, VAT, payroll, bank, intercompany). Manage floorplan facilities, daily cash positioning, and banking relationships. Ensure VAT accuracy, SARS compliance, and support annual audit / reviews. Provide commercial finance insights (margins, stock turns, discounts, OEM incentives). Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team; drive Autoline discipline and process improvements. BCom Accounting / Finance degree (Honours / CIMA / CA(SA) advantageous). 5–8+ years’ finance experience in multi-branch dealerships with strong knowledge of floorplan and stock finance. Proven expertise in Keyloop Autoline (VSB, Parts, SL, PL, GL, RPG). Track record delivering accurate month-end packs to tight deadlines. Experience with Haval, GWM, Chery, Peugeot, Citroën, Opel and used car sales preferred. Strong leadership, coaching ability, and systems discipline. Accounting / Financial Services jobs
