• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to develop and implement project plans.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules and budgets, using project management software.
• Secure necessary permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors and subcontractors.
• Procure materials, equipment, and labor to meet project needs.
• Oversee all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Prepare and deliver regular project progress reports.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate.
