Position : Growth Marketing Lead - 14703 (User Acquisition / App Growth Manager)

Working Hours : 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm ((British Summer Time) Monday to Friday

Monthly Salary : USD 2000 to 2500 per month depending on experience

Location : 100% Remote

Were looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and drive subscriber growth for our mobile app a tool designed to help people eat better every day by combining meal planning nutrition science and convenience.

What Youll Be Doing

This is a high-impact hands-on role. Youll be our first hire dedicated solely to app growth. Your responsibilities will include :

• Developing and executing a customer acquisition strategy that goes beyond our existing channels.
• Leading growth experiments including customer interviews value proposition testing lead magnet creation and optimizing landing pages.
• Running and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta Google TikTok and more.
• Using data to drive insights set up experiments analyze performance and iterate rapidly.
• Exploring B2B opportunities with health organizations wellness brands and partners.
• Embracing autonomy youll thrive without a playbook figuring things out moving quickly and prioritizing progress over perfection.
