Overview
Our client is looking for a Senior Producer to lead the delivery of outstanding speaker experiences for a wide range of corporate clients. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people management, event production, and commercial oversight. You’ll guide a team of Producers managing multiple concurrent bookings — ensuring seamless execution of virtual and in-person events, maintaining consistent quality, and strengthening client and speaker relationships.
You’ll also take ownership of contractual and operational accuracy, overseeing the drafting and review of agreements to safeguard both commercial and legal standards. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Producers — supporting their professional growth and ensuring consistent performance across all engagements.
- Set and uphold production standards, service expectations, and best-practice workflows across every stage of the booking process.
- Oversee scheduling and workload management to maintain balanced team capacity during busy periods.
- Ensure smooth handovers from business development teams, with clear communication of client goals and expectations.
Event Delivery & Client Experience
Provide senior-level oversight on high-value or complex speaker engagements, stepping in to troubleshoot challenges or manage escalations.Guarantee smooth event delivery across keynotes, workshops, and conferences by managing timelines, tech checks, and logistics.Build and maintain relationships with speakers, agencies, and clients — ensuring clear communication and alignment at every stage.Manage event logistics end to end, including travel, technical requirements, recordings, licensing, and contingency planning.Review, draft, and approve contracts and amendments, ensuring all terms reflect agreed scope, deliverables, and commercial frameworks.Collaborate with internal and legal stakeholders to resolve contract queries, amendments, or non-standard clauses.Process & Continuous Improvement
Develop and implement efficient systems and workflows to improve accuracy, speed, and consistency across the production function.Create playbooks and templates for different event types to ensure scalable and repeatable delivery standards.Monitor production metrics — such as turnaround times, client satisfaction, and SLA adherence — and act on data insights to enhance performance.Partner with growth and commercial teams on proposals, pricing, and new service innovations.Who You Are

3–5 years of experience in event production, speaker management, or talent coordination, including at least 1–3 years leading a team.Solid understanding of speaker bureau operations, talent representation, or corporate event workflows.Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and meeting tight deadlines.Strong background in contract negotiation and review, ideally within events, media, or entertainment.Skilled in using CRM and project management software to track deals, deliverables, and communications.Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and high-profile talent.Attributes for Success
