Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
To lead the marketing department in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves managing budgets, overseeing campaigns, and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives to strengthen the organizations market position. - Keeping abreast and informed as to market, political, trading and economical environments affecting the business
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market share
- Convert agreed upon marketing plans and strategies into feasible, workable project plans
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and digital initiatives that resonate with target customers
- Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and competitor activities
- Build strategic partnerships to enhance brand exposure and market reach
Digital & Retail Marketing
Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, e-commerce, and online customer engagementOptimize in-store marketing, visual merchandising, and customer experience to grow brand equityMonitor marketing ROI and continuously refine campaigns for effectivenessCreative Direction & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Provide creative direction for major brand and marketing initiatives, including product launches, growth campaigns, events, and brand awareness effortsLead the ongoing development and evolution of our brand identityTake a hands-on role in creating core brand assets including logos, design systems, and key campaign visuals, ensuring they are strategically aligned and visually compellingPartner closely with the content / copywriting team to craft messaging aligned with tone of voice and campaign objectivesWork alongside the video team to shape storytelling concepts and branded video contentManage and collaborate with external creative agencies and partnersCreative development and reviews responsible for driving all creative outputsWorkflow processes : Optimize or strengthen existing workflow processes to ensure campaign deadlines are metAssist with production management for relevant campaignsMedia strategy : Contribute to media strategy, planning and best practice across all campaignsSales & Business Growth
Align with sales department to drive sales objectives across customer segmentsMonitor distribution and implement marketing improvement strategies per channel, to support sales departmentDevelop new business opportunities and explore expansion into new marketsManage key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfactionReporting
Managing marketing budget complianceReporting weekly, monthly and quarterly on marketing metricsHealth and Safety
