Minimum Requirements :
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Tertiary Qualification : Diploma / Degree in Quality Management, Food Technology / Food Science, or Supply Chain Management
- Lead Auditor qualification, Regulatory Affairs knowledge (advantageous)
- 35 years in a compliance, quality, or supply chain role (wine or food manufacturing preferred)
- Training / Knowledge of HACCP (Intro + Practitioner), BRCGS / IFS Awareness and Internal Auditor (ISO 9001 / FSSC 22000)
- Organic, Fairtrade & IPW standards
- Experience with SAGE or SAP
Duties and Responsibilities :
Manage client and retailer compliance portals (Fairtrade, Organic, IPW, etc.)Maintain and execute the companys Quality Management System (QMS)Conduct internal, supplier, and external audits and follow up on findingsCompile and verify farm-to-bottle traceability documentationFacilitate mock recalls and traceability testsEnsure data accuracy across ERP, QMS, and compliance platformsDrive continuous improvement in compliance and documentation processesPLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
