Job Description
- Attend scheduled and ad-hoc meetings (both in-person and online via MS Teams).
- Take accurate notes, refer to agendas and recordings, and prepare :
- Draft minutes and matters arising schedule within 10 working days.
- Final minutes after review by the appointed official
- Chairperson’s report within 24 hours of each Committee meeting.
- Submit deliverables electronically in MS Word format.
