An established company is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join their premium retail showrooms. The focus of this role is driving revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive revenue growth through achieving and exceeding individual sales targets.
Engage with customers in a showroom environment providing expert advice and solutions.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet overall showroom objectives.
Participate in retail events promotions and campaigns as required.
Requirements : Grade 12 / Matric
Minimum 5 years of executive-level sales experience in premium retail interiors or customer-facing environment
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Available to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
Valid drivers license and own vehicle
