Key Responsibilities
Drive New Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all Nashua product lines, including software, hardware, PBX, and ICT solutions.
Strategic Sales Leadership : Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance team of sales consultants focused on securing new business accounts.
Client Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, presenting tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
Target Achievement : Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business sales targets.
Solution Selling : Present a consultative approach by understanding client pain points and offering value‑driven, integrated ICT solutions.
Pipeline Management : Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and regularly update forecasts and reports.
Cross‑functional Collaboration : Work closely with technical, operations, and marketing teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
Market Intelligence : Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep Nashua competitive and innovative.
Qualifications
Years’ experience in Office Automation – Sales Manager experience.
Must be self‑driven, motivated and innovative, and a team player with a positive attitude; achieve maximum sales profitability & growth.
Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
Excellent communication skills on all levels, telephonic and face‑to‑face customer relations skills / presentable / self‑motivated.
Excellent presentation, planning and organizational skills.
