About the Role
Our team is looking for a US Tax Specialist to join our onboarding team. The Client Tax Specialist serves as the principal contact for existing client accounts in areas including annual nexus reviews, permit applications, permit closures, offboarding, tax settings, and new sales channels. You will organize transaction data, compile nexus information (with supervision), update tax software, oversee the sales tax permit application process, and communicate effectively with clients. You will work directly with clients to address needs and ensure a positive experience. The role evolves toward tax expertise, with training provided. Your attitude and potential are valued highly.
