Key Responsibilities

• Prepare new business quotations and policy alterations
• Develop and issue policies
• Review insurance applications for accuracy and completeness
• Calculate premiums
• Explain policy terms and conditions to clients and offer risk management guidance
• Notify clients of accounts in arrears and follow up on payments
• Manage policy retentions
• Process cancellation instructions from clients and insurers when retention is not possible
• Conduct annual renewals and policy reviews
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of insurance processes
• Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities
• Adhere to company standard operating procedures and service level agreements
