Growth in social media engagement and audience size. Increased open and click-through rates for email campaigns. Strong participation and ROI from webinars and rewards programs. Clear contribution to business growth through strategic initiatives. Consistent delivery of high-quality content that reflects brand standards. Social media management platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar). Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent). CRM and analytics platforms. Zoom or equivalent webinar platforms. Slack, Google Drive, and email for collaboration.

Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead key marketing initiatives across social, email, rewards programs, and events. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who brings ideas and execution plans rather than waiting for direction. You will help drive growth through creative campaigns, strong messaging, and an understanding of the U.S. market.

- Social Media Management – Plan, create, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Email Marketing – Develop and execute campaigns, track performance, and refine for better results.
- Rewards Program Management – Oversee member engagement, track participation, and optimize reward offerings.
- Webinars & Events – Organize, promote, and manage logistics for online events.
- Strategic Growth Initiatives – Support leadership with special projects aimed at scaling the business.
