As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar roleEducation industry finance experience is an added advantageAccounting software / system experienceHighly proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Duties
Manage student enrollment process.Process credit checks.Manage student bursary application process.Prepare and process student invoices on Student management system and Accounting system.Identify and allocate payments on Student management system.Debt collection daily.Manage, Update and Submit Debtors Age analysis with comments on a weekly basis.Compile and submit a report on Bad debts over 6 months to be handed over to the lawyers.Reconcile student accounts on Student management system and Accounting system.Prepare and compile student refunds and gather supporting documents weekly.Send out student statements monthly.Management of student queries via email and telephone.Procurement and Accounts Payables.Organize and maintain student files (both digital and physical) and performing other administrative duties as needed.Assist with other adhoc tasks by management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
