Job descriptionGuide the development of visual and written content across all channels. Approve and ensure the quality of all creative outputs, including designs, video content, photography, and copy. Oversee storytelling efforts through multimedia, ensuring alignment with brand voice and aesthetics. Ensure written and visual content produced internally and externally adheres to brand guidelines. Work closely with the CMO and other departments to unify brand messaging. Present and communicate creative concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders. Foster a collaborative, communicative environment across the creative and marketing teams. Lead and evaluate performance-focused creative campaigns based on data and key metrics. Work with the social media team to optimize campaigns and improve engagement. Use analytics to guide creative decision-making. Provide consistent feedback, coaching, and growth opportunities for team members. Encourage innovation, ownership, and initiative among the team. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of creative projects. Create and optimize workflows to boost productivity and creativity. Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication, Advertising, Media, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years\' experience in a creative leadership role. Strategic thinking with the ability to craft and implement creative brand initiatives. Knowledge of industry trends and consumer behavior. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent planning and organizational ability. Capacity to inspire, manage, and grow a team. Passion for high-quality, innovative, and impactful design. Positive, collaborative workplace culture.
