Retail Operations Manager

Overview

Valora Jewellery is seeking a driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage our jewellery stores located across South Africa. The position will initially predominantly cover Johannesburg and Pretoria stores, with involvement in the opening and running of further stores across South Africa.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Operations Manager, located in Johannesburg. The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily retail operations, ensuring optimal store performance, and providing exceptional customer service across our Valora stores located in Johannesburg & Pretoria. Key tasks include managing staff, monitoring inventory levels, implementing operational policies, analysing sales data, and coordinating with other departments to enhance business performance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to analyse data to drive business improvements
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
