As a Network Director , you’ll serve as both strategist and catalyst — guiding YPO’s Health & Wellness Network to deliver extraordinary member value. You’ll partner closely with member leaders to build a thriving, globally connected community focused on well-being, innovation, and personal growth.

This role blends strategic planning, content design, operational excellence, and global engagement. You’ll work with members, volunteers, and internal teams to bring bold ideas to life — ensuring every program, event, and initiative delivers exceptional value to YPO members around the world.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the strategic advisor to the Network Chair and Board, guiding strategy, annual goals, and member engagement plans.
• Design and execute initiatives that create meaningful connections and learning opportunities across regions.
• Lead the operational and financial health of the network, managing budgets and ensuring alignment with YPO’s broader mission.
• Partner with YPO’s global events, learning, and marketing teams to deliver world-class experiences — both virtual and in-person.
• Oversee development of a vibrant digital community platform that keeps members connected year-round.
• Support and guide member leaders, ensuring smooth succession, onboarding, and engagement throughout the year.
• Collaborate across networks, regions, and departments to share insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver exceptional service and communication to members, helping them feel seen, supported, and inspired.
