We looking for aNational Financial Administrator M / F based : South Africa

The National Financial Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the financial administration and accounting functions of the company. This position primarily focuses on the administration of national creditors' accounts, ensuring accurate reconciliation between supplier statements and the purchase ledger, preparation of supplier payments, opening of customer accounts for branches, and posting of nominal ledger journals. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for various administrative tasks within the National Finance Team to support financial efficiency and compliance.

Accounts Payable Administration :

• Reconcile supplier statements with the purchase ledger to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and process supplier payments within agreed payment terms.
• Liaise with suppliers and resolve any account discrepancies or queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier invoices and payments in the financial system.
